What "Off Track" Means & What We Fix
A garage door rides up and down inside two vertical and two horizontal steel tracks, guided by rollers on each panel and held in balance by a spring-and-cable system. When the door comes "off track," one or more rollers have jumped out of the channel — so the door hangs crooked, binds, jams part-way, or refuses to close and seal at the floor. What Causes a Garage Door to Go Off Track?
